Skjær lammekjøttet i biter, krydre godt, og stek i stekepanne. Lag hummus av kikerter, hvitløk, sitronsaft, spiskummin og litt rømme som du moser med en stavmikser (tilsett litt vann eller olje hvis den blir for fast). Kutt opp grønnsakene, og server i grovt pitabrød. Du kan selvfølgelig velge ingrediensene selv, men det ble veldig godt med hummus, ajvar (sterk), rømme og en feferoni på toppen.<br />

Jeg er veldig glad i ceviche, men føler noen ganger at jeg ikke blir skikkelig mett av det. Derfor har jeg begynt å lage det med ris, slik at det blir en middagsrett. Jeg blander inn noen ingredienser som kanskje ikke hører hjemme i en ceviche, men så lenge det er godt så er vel det lov.<br />

Slik gjør du:<br />
Skjær laksen i små biter, og skvis masse limesaft over. Jeg tilsetter også litt salt. La dette stå i ca 1 time i kjøleskapet, slik at laksen blir "kokt" i limesaften. Kutt opp vårløk, tomat, avokado, chili og koriander, og bland dette sammen med laksen. Serveres med ris. Jeg liker å ha soyasaus og sesamfrø på.<br />

Slik gjør du:<br />
Pisk 4 eggehviter stivt sammen med 150 g sukker. Bland i 150 g hakkede mandler eller nøtter. Fordel blandingen i en rund kakeform dekket med bakepapir, og stek i 30 min på 175 grader. Avkjøl.<br />
<br />
Pisk krem av fløten, og pisk de 4 eggeplommene sammen med 100 g sukker. Bland dette sammen, og tilsett hakket daim. Hell dette utover den avkjølte bunnen, og sett kakeformen rett i fryseren.<br />
La stå over natten.<br />

Hell av vannet på en boks med kikerter, og kjør det med stavmikseren sammen med 1-2 hvitløksfedd, 2 ss sitronsaft, 1 ts spiskummin og 1 ts salt. Du trenger noe væske for å få blandet det ordentlig. Jeg bruker vanligvis bare vann og evt litt rømme/kesam, men man skal egentlig ha litt olje i. Smak deg fram til hva du liker. Slik gjør du:<br />
Stek kjøttdeigen, og tilsett hakket løk og hvitløk mot slutten av steketiden. Ha i hakka tomater og tomatpuree, og smak til med krydder. La det stå og putre litt, før du tilsetter bønnene.<br />
Fyll en ildfast form med tortillalefser med kjøttsaus og ost. Spar litt av sausen til å ha oppå, og dryss deretter over revet ost. Gratineres i ovnen på ca 200 grader i ca 20 minutter.<br />
Serveres med salat, rømme, nachos og lime. Du kan selvsagt ha salsa ved siden av også, men sausen er veldig sterk i seg selv, så jeg foretrekker heller litt most avokado med limesaft.<br />

Jeg elsker egg, og prøver å variere tilberedingsmetodene litt. En av favorittene mine er posjert egg servert på rundstykke med pepperotsaus og tomat. Pepperotsaus lager jeg av pepperot på tube som jeg blander med rømme og majones. Veldig viktig å drysse litt estragon på toppen, samt litt nykvernet pepper og salt.<br />
Trikset for å få vellykkede egg er å koke opp ganske mye vann i en kjele. Tilsette litt eddik i vannet, og røre rundt slik at du får en "swirl" i vannet. Egget bør du ha i en liten kopp, og så helle det forsiktig ned midt i "swirlen" slik at vannet hjelper til å "samle" egget. Kok kun ett egg av gangen. Det bør ikke boble veldig i vannet, men du må ikke slå plata for lavt heller. Kok egget så lenge du ønsker, og ta det opp med ei hullsleiv. Slik gjør du:<br />
Lag pizzasausen ved å finhakke løk, chili og hvitløk, og fres det i litt olje. Når løken er blank tilsetter du hakkede tomater, tomatpure og krydder, og lar sausen putre i minst 10 minutter.<br />

Jeg har vært så heldig å få tilsendt noen produkter fra <a href="http://matbazaren.no/">matbazaren.no</a> som jeg nå har prøvd. Jeg lagde pasta med arrabbiatasaus som smakte veldig godt. Krydderet jeg fikk prøve var en blanding av forskjellige tørkede urter som passer godt til pasta. Crema Piccantina er en chilibasert tapenade som det virkelig var futt i. Det liker jeg!<br />

3 pakker oreokjeks<br />
100 g smeltet smør<br />
1 pakke romtemperert philadelphiaost (ikke light!)<br />
1/3 l fløte<br />
2 dl melis<br />
1 pose sjokolademousse<br />
3 dl melk<br />

Slik gjør du:<br />
Knus to pakker oreokjeks og bland det med smøret. Trykk dette ned i en rund kakeform dekket med bakepapir. Sett kaldt.<br />
Pisk osten og melisen, og bland det sammen med pisket krem. Fordel mesteparten av massen utover bunnen og sett kaldt igjen.<br />
Lag sjokolademousse som vist på pakken. Bland knuste oreokjeks inn i sjokolademoussen, og fordel dette oppå ostekremen. Sett kaldt.<br />
Til slutt tar du resten av ostekremen på toppen, og pynter evt. med knuste oreokjeks eller sjokoladesaus.<br />
Kaken må stå kaldt helt til den skal serveres (minst 2 timer, gjerne over natta).<br />

Jeg er veldig glad i mat fra Thailand, og etter å ha spist rød og grønn karri utallige ganger er det deilig å variere litt med denne. Her er en enkel versjon av Massaman curry:<br />

Du trenger:<br />
ca 500 g oksekjøtt, lammekjøtt, kyllingfilet eller kjøttdeig<br />
1-2 løk<br />
2 poteter<br />
3 spiseskjeer massaman currypaste<br />
1 boks kokosmelk<br />
3 ss fiskesaus<br />
1 ss sukker<br />
litt tamarindpaste hvis du har (jeg tok litt sironsaft oppi)<br />
usalta peanøtter<br />
ris<br />

Slik gjør du:<br />
Stek kjøttet, og tilsett grovhakket løk mot slutten av steketiden. Del potetene i små biter og kok dem. Tilsett currypasten i stekepanna, og hell deretter i en boks med kokosmelk. Smak til med fiskesaus, sukker og tamarind (eller lime/sitron). Når potetene er ferdig putter du de oppi curryen. Rist noen usalta peanøtter i en tørr panne, og bland dem inn.<br />
Serveres med ris.<br />

Når jeg lager thai så gjør jeg noen ganger "ulovlige" ting som å tilsette aspargesbønner i denne retten samtidig som jeg bruker kjøttdeig. Men så er jeg helt for å tilpasse retter akkurat slik man vil ha dem, det er jo da det blir best. Når jeg lager rød og grønn karri bruker jeg forskjellige grønnsaker, kjøtt og fisk hele tiden, men jeg bruker alltid Arroy-d sine paster. Anbefales!<br />
